This new chapter with Global Asset Management Group is a natural extension of the skills he has honed throughout his career. Having spent years building departments from the ground up and designing comprehensive training systems, he is an expert at translating complex moving parts into a seamless, comforting experience for those he serves. Clay is excited to apply his background in performance metrics and project implementation to ensure that every client’s journey is smooth, organized, and guided by a friendly, local face.
As the firm grows, Clay’s role will expand to lead client onboarding and long-term operational strategy, ensuring that the high standards set by Tim Andreas and the Global Asset Management Group. With a Bachelor’s degree from McNeese State University in Mathematics and Theatre, and a background in education, he possesses a unique ability to manage the fine details while never losing sight of the human element.
Beyond his professional life, Clay is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Markie Hebert, are proud parents to three children and are deeply involved in the local arts scene. Clay was born and raised in the Catholic faith and remains an active member of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. This deep-rooted connection to his community and values defines his approach to both life and business
